In order to deepen school-local cooperation, improve the quality of graduate employment and entrepreneurship, expand students employment channels, and effectively serve local social and economic development, on June 30, Zhang Wei, member of the School Party Committee and Vice President, led a team to visit the Human Resources and Social Affairs Department and companies of Zhangdian District, Zibo City. Relevant leaders and staff from the Student Affairs Office, the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the School of Food Science and Engineering participated in the event. Wang Mingqing, member of the Party Group of Zibo Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Employment Talent Center, Cui Xiangjun, deputy director of the Municipal Employment Talent Center, Jiang Guijun, member of the Standing Committee of Zhangdian District Committee and Minister of Organization Department, accompanied the inspection.

President Zhang and his team successively inspected Shandong Tianyin Biological Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Zhuochuang Information Co., Ltd. and Zhangdian District Service Center for Attracting investment and talents, and held a "city, school, and enterprise tripartite symposium."

At the symposium, Jiang Guijun extended a warm welcome to Zhang Wei and his team. He said that Zhangdian District is working hard to create a new economic growth point. Long-term cooperation with universities is an important guarantee for talent work in Zhangdian District. It is honored that Shandong Agriculture and Engineering University has become a new strategic partner for talents in Zhangdian District. With the support of the school, Zhangdian District’s talent work will have a higher and better development.
